Wanted: Hot Polymer Sample Device

Hello,
I'm looking for a sample valve for a hot-oil-jacketed line.
The polymer in the line is app. 260 degrees C and the oil in the jacket is app. 280 degrees C. The melting point of the polymer is 230 degrees C. The problem is to find a valve that has a short outlet and will not get plugged with polymer.
The jacketed RAM valve we have got now is plugged with polymer after each use. Operators will unplug the valve by pushing all kind of tools in the opening while the valve is opened partially. That is a potential high risk of injuries.

Can anybody give me names of suppliers of jacketed RAM sample valves or other possible solutions for plant scale hot polymer sampling.
