warning in model in etabs

Good day guys, i modelled a simple 6m by 6m structures on etabs 20. i noticed that when i tick the include automatic rigid zone over column both on columns and beams, i get warnings that two floors are too close together.

but when i remove that rigid zone option i do not have that warning, when do i use that option

I always say send it to CSI if you're paying for the maintenance! They're kind of helpful.

If not, try using the General Mesh option. It uses weirdly shaped meshes instead of traditional rectangular meshes. This sounds like a meshing problem. Unfortunately, it's the single most common problem in ETABS.

By the way, I wouldn't include rigid zone over beams. Traditionally, I think it's only done for columns.
