Hi All:
I have steel axle(shaft)in aluminum part, and I doubt eventually corrosion might take place due dissimilar metals.SO in order to aviod this I am planning to use bushing to reduce corrsion but I am worried about that busing being soft material may not take the load and might fail to transfer the load.

Please any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

thanks

Not sure, of your exact arrangement but.... as long as you treat one of the surfaces, say the aluminum via anodize then you shouldn't have a dissimilar metals issue.
