Good DAy,

Im trying to find the way to get the best condition of foriging of waspaloy material... Does anyone knows the best way to forge this material without get cracks at the end of the process? Information about this material is also helpful...

When it cone to Waspaloy you probably want find very much information on forging as the people that can forge it keep there forging parameter very close to home. You can find a lot of articles where they compare forging IN718 and Waspaloy so you might look for links to additional papers.

I know we had a very hard time getting a turbine disc forged as it was a one off design and one off part.. We did order the second one before they forgot how they forged the first one.

I would check with Carpenter for information available to the public.
