I am checking the calculations for a pipeline slug catcher and found that the exit riser piping is way too small which will allow the exit gas stream to entrain liquid droplets and carry them over to a filter-separator.
Is there a method to estimate the quantity of liquids that would be carried over into the downstream separator?
