Water consumption and weather

Hi all,

I'm looking for some papers (books, journals, technical papers, reports, etc.) on the forecasting of water demand and consumption based on rainfall and temperature. Does anybody have any suggestion of where to go for the information or any wesites that may be useful? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
