Go to GPSA Engineering Data Book and look at figure 20-4. If there are a set of equations for those curves they are very well hidden. Thousands of people (myself included) have developed curve-fit equations to more or less match the curves, but most of the ones people are willing to share disregard the log-log curvature at higher temperatures so be careful to verify that what you get is close enough.
