I am looking for a vacuum pump for air that is driven by flowing water. The pump must be able to move at least as much air (volume) at atmospheric pressure as water (volume) that flows through it. The water would be coming from a garden hose. Does anything like this exist?

Thanks for the reply, but that's not quite what I'm after.
The water and air can't be mixed in my situation.
EDIT: Actually now that I think about it a little more maybe this could work. If you could get the volume of the air drawn in to equal or be slightly more than the volume of water it could work.

These used to be very common in labs to create vacuum for vacuum filtration. I've had one in my tool kit for over 40 years.

Looks good - twice as much air flow as water flow.
If you can get this from a $25 piece of plastic, you can probably get a bit more form a bigger metal one.
