Hello Dear friends
I have recently joined this valuable forum and starting my thread with a question.
My question is - what should be the contact area (in %) of the saddle plate of a water drum of Boiler. The boiler is 200Te/Hr 100 ATA steam and gas fired(water tube).
one side is fixed & one side is sliding. 5mm Teflon sheet is placed between saddle plate & foundation plate. Thanks & regards. Please reply
