i was constructed awater pipeline
diamter : 3"
material : astma106
after 1.5 year the flow rate was decreased when i inspected it i found that it internal diameter was decreaded because of corroson
i thought to construct anew pipeline
but i am confuced which material to use galvanied steel or stainless steel or there is better material with less cost
pressure is about only 1 bar
temperature 25 - 40 c

You should probably also look at cathodic protection from anodes, etc.

Are you sure that the problem is corrosion and not hard water deposits such as calcium that would decrease the flowable diameter of the pipe? Corrosion would normally increase the diameter, not decrease it.

Have you tested the water for chemical content?

What is causing the corrosion? Dissolved oxygen? You really need to know what is causing the corrosion to select an alternate material.

Since the pressure is relatively low, why not consider plastic or other non-metallic material? I believe you said you were in Egypt so the effect of ultraviolet radiation on the non-metallic piping material would be something you'd want to consider.

GRP, PE , PVC-U, PVC-O, PVC-M or ABS will give you corrosion free materials.

The design pressure needs to include for surge.

Stanier has the right idea. 3-Inch plasic pipe (HDPE) can be procured in 250 feet coils.

Plastic pipe will be resistant to scaling.

There is no reason to use steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
