Watercut Measurement Technology for Custody Transfer

Hi,

My background is Process Engineer.
I'm tasked to create concept/design of new oil custody transfer system for my company.

The one of the specification for the meter is as follows: Sensor range shall be 0 % - 5 % water in oil with an accuracy of 0.2 % absolute.
That is one of the specification that I don't yet have enough information to create a concept/selection of meter.

I had discussion with several vendors on this. I don't get any useful feedback from them except one of them saying that it is difficult to have 0.02% accuracy of the watercut meter.

Any thoughts would be very appreciated.

Did you contact Emerson micro motion or roxar?
