Hello all,
I am looking for some direction on the most effective/efficient/robust method for linking geometry between parts in an assembly. I have been a CATIA user for a long time and have grown accustomed to using publications to link features from one part to the next as inputs and outputs in an assembly. In NX, this single feature from CATIA seems to have multiple, if not many counterparts. I am consistently confused on what the best practice method is.
I would be grateful to learn more about the differences and intended uses for...
- WAVE Geometry Linker
- WAVE Interface Linker
- Product Interface
- General WAVE Relinker
If any context is necessary, the application is for automotive BIW design - relatively large assemblies
Thank you kindly in advance
