Wave Loads Using Bessel Functions In MatLab

Hi guys just like to know if anyone got any ideas
about an approach to follow to incorporate bessel functions with say a 20 line code in Matlab to evaluate the forces imposed on vertical cylinders in relatively medium depth water - say a wavetank?
