We have four suits , the man entrance located in the underground garage, How we design a pressurized system to prevent thr garage exhaust to enter the the suite when we open the entrance doors?

Ensure that you have less exhaust than outdoor air. Ensure that this is true in the lobby area where you enter each suite.
Consider having a vestibule at each entrance.
Possibly control your return/exhaust fan on static pressure.

The lobby of the main entrance is under negative pressure due to the garage exhaust fans. therefore the door lobby will be slightly positive to prevent the smoke to enter the suit. Meanwhile we don't make to hard to open. Please comment and advise.
