Hi all!

Can anyone tell me where I can get technical data on wear resistant pumps, such as possible impeller material or any other design info?

Thanks!

What product do you want to pump, quantity and head - this will help decide what advice to give you.

Artisi,

The applications are oil, water.

I'm not yet sure about the quantity and head, but I could work with impeller material for now...

thanks.

Why is the oil / water abrasive.
Flow and head is important to give you meaningful assistance, do you want a 0.5 kw unit or a 500 kw unit.

Yo Daniela,
To fight abrasive fluid is by using harder material than the particles. But it's not practical economical. Diamond is the hardest material on earth. Use it, and no other mat'l can make it wear. :))
Just use rubber lining pump. Or Progressive Cavity. Most people use it.

danielanarine,
You need to be a little more specific in your request. What is causing the "wear"? Is it erosion, corrosion, both. What is the operating temperature, flow and head conditions etc...?
