Weathertight louver MED certification

Hi,

Our project is under Gibraltar Administration and would like to seek your advice for the MED certification. Is this items is required to submit MED Module B & D certificates to class? If so the certification is for weather-tightness or the asbestos free. Thanks for your advice.
