Hi there.
To "weld" chemisly the 2 PS parts, we use a moisture of worn out ABS with acetone...that gives us at the end, a white liquid. It works very well, but the application on the joint gives me serious and anoying problems everyday. At the present time, we are using a pressurized reservatory at 1.5 bar and a comuns air pistol to aplly the liquid on the joint.
It works very well...during 1 or 2 days.. until the pistol become stuck inside, due to the acumulation and solidification of the liquid in the internal walls of the pistol.. and the rubber o-rings destroyed.
I'm looking for a solution to this problem. Can you help me on this?
Regards
