We tried to weld c45 Round Bar(400mm Dia) with IS2062 E350BR plate 32mm thk with E7018-1H4R with preheating 150Deg,but welding detatchment observed towards C45 side(photo attached). After welding PWHT at 620Deg C to be done.

We have some quantity of E12018-1H4R electrodes, can we use same.

Shall i require to change electrodes,parameters?/

Based on the very limited info we've gotten, I'd say underbead cracking is certainly worth considering as a possible cause of the cracking shown on your picture.
To mitigate the risks linked to this, you would have to do everything possible to reduce any (residual) stresses, making sure everything is spotless clean, and possibly a hydrogen diffusion heat treatment.

Before you proceed, identify the root cause of the cracking, and adjust your work methods according to this.

We have done chemical analysis of round bar and found carbon 0.48percent and sulfuric 0.07percent.
Does E12018G-H4R,as it contains 2percent nickel would be helpful in preventing undergrad crack?

With a C content that high, your preheat temperature should probably be closer to 400F, and make sure it is through the complete thickness of the round bar. After welding, go straight to post weld heat treat without allowing cool down. Choice of electrode is will not make a difference.

The devil is in the details; she also wears prada.

You are in guessing mode and certainly unqualified.
Suggest you retain a welding engineer for this fairly straightforward task.
