Welding calculation for a joint 1

Hi I want to calculate the welding stresses for this joint. It has fillet welds from three edges.

This is portable enigine stand and how the loading is shown below. side view.

Shear stress of the weld is calculated as below.

Please advice me how to calculate bending stress of the weld joint?
Also please advice how to do calculate the stress of the weld joint under torsion from 5886N x 830mm / 2 joints = 244690 N mm?

I considered a 5mm fillet weld for the joint.
I was refering "Shigley's Mechanical Engineering Design, 9th Edition-McGraw-Hill" for welding calculations but got stuck on how to apply for this case.

First of all, the top "fillet" weld does not look like a fillet. The edges appear flush, in which case, you have a square groove weld, which if welded in typical manners, will contribute little strength to the assembly. If you want a fillet weld, you will need to have the vertical member extend past the horizontal member by at least the leg length of the desired fillet weld size.
 
Hello. I've attached my formulation for the general elastic method. It can be used to check weld stress, and required size, for any planar fillet weld group. I based it on Alex Tomanovich's Excel spreadsheet, which you can find with a simple google search if you want. It works quite well, and can accommodate torsional effects, but it's very conservative. The process can be modified to work in the metric system.

Don't judge based on that, if I were to write someting in paint using a mouse, I wouldn't do any better.
