I'm looking for some guidlines to help me select filler metals for welding dissimilar metals. Specifically SA-182 F22 (P-5A) to SA-312 TP 304 Seamless Pipe (P-8). I would like the resource so I have a way to look this up in the future and would welcome any input on my delima at hand. Thanks!!

The general weld filler metal guidelines are provided below but may require alternate selection based on corrosive environment.

Use ER/E309 for welds not requiring PWHT or operating below 500 F to 600 F.

When PWHT is required or the operating temp is greater than 500 F to 600 F, use a nickel base alloy filler metal; eg., ENiCrFe-3 or ERNiCr-3 or similar.

Stanweld has given the right answer. If your service permits, I will add use TP 304 flanged valves and use F22 flanges on your P22 pipe to make the connection between your valve and your pipe.
