Welding ASTM A182, grade F55 Ferritic-Austenitic Stainless Steels (S32760), the weld metal electrodes should be 25% Cr, 7% Ni, 3.5% Mo. The code also requires "electrodes shall comply with AWS Specifications A5.4/A5.4M, A5.5/A5.5M, A5.9/A5.9M, A5.11/A5.11M, A5.14/A5.14M, A5.23/A5.23M, or A5.28/A5.28M."

No preheat
The root pass should be shielded with argon
EWTh-2 truncated conical tip
Interpass temperature 300° F limits of max, but the spec did not require it.

ASTM A 995 Grade 4A is a duplex stainless steel of
22Cr-5Ni-Mo-N composition. From A995 specification;

-Repairs shall be made using procedures and welders
qualified under Practice A 488/A 488M.

-The composition of the deposited weld metal may
be similar to that of the casting or may be suitably alloyed
to achieve the desired corrosion resistance and mechanical
properties.

Filler metals should be
SFA 5.9 ER2553 GTAW
SFA 5.4 E2553-XX SMAW

You could also use overmatched consumables such as
SFA 5.9 ER2209 (GTAW)
SFA 5.4 E2209-15 or -16 (SMAW)

If there are corrosion tests to be done alongside the basic weld procedure, you may find that these will help.
