Hi Cuba,
I tried it in 7.5.2.5 . I don't have 7.0 installed anymore.
I noted three things,
* why do face set 1 consist of 21 faces ?
When i select, i "see" 9 faces for the weld to "touch".
De-select all Face set 1 and select again.
* Second edge set consists of 3 selected edges, not 5. Add the
missing edges.
* Extension Method is set to "By Value=2" , If I set the method to
Automatic ( plus the changes above) it works.

Regards,
Tomas

Hi toost,
when I select the first face in set 1 I use the option 'tangent', this is the reason of the 21 faces.
I need to select face by face ?

For second edge set consists of 3 selected edges, not 5, but I used the connected curve.
I will be more careful next time.

For the option I used 'by value' because 'automatic' doesn't give me any preview.

Anyway with this suggestions / corrections the weld become complete.

Thank you.

Thank you...

Hi Cuba,
I tried the working settings but using the 21 faces, and the weld doesn't update. I don't know the reason for this, it might be the holes that confuses the weld. I selected the 9 faces manually.

Tomas
