Hi all of You,

Does anyone know SIMUFACT?
I have to carry out the welding simulation and then check capacity of some welded connection. I have found that it is possible to make a welding simulation in such program like SIMUFACT.I tried to do it. You can see picture below. But now i have 3 questions:

1) Can I remove weld by "grinding" in simufact? So the HAZ should stay, just the weld should be removed! And then one again weld. Like during repair of welds. Maybe there are others programs which are better for it?

2) After welding simulation i need to check capacity of this connection. Exactly it should be subjected to the tensile load. So the question: where, in which kind of program can I the date from f.ex. Simufact to another program (to calculate capacity) import? Which program? Is it possible f.ex. in Abaqus?

3) The same like point 2 but for fatigue, for cyclic load? In which program can i check the capacity of this welded connection under cyclic load?

Thank You in advanced!
