Welding Wire for SA 192 Tubes 1

Dear Forum

Which is the best filler wire & Welding Elctrode specs for repair of SA 192 Boiler Wall Tubes ? What is the exact ckmical composition of SA 192 tubes ? Do these require any , Pre heat / PWHT during repair. The wall thickness is 3.5 mm only!!!

This is carbon steel. PWHT is not necessary. If you use GTAW process, SFA 5.18 ER70S-3 or 6 may be your choice.
