Weldments Cutlist

Hi this is my first post on here iam looking for some advice please.
Iam drawing up some box section framework some of the cuts are at angles.
I have got the models drawing and when iam making the drawings for manufacturing i cant get the angles to come out on the cutlist the angles just come up with a - instead of the angle of the box section cut.
Does this mean i have a problem with my model ? for example item no 2 has the right length of cut but no angle in cutlist
