Just wondering what acceptable Brinell hardness values are for P5A to P1 material as related to B31.1. Welded with 9018. Would a value of 207 be acceptable for the weld?

Yes, a 207 BHN would be aceptable for E9018 B3 weld metal.

If you have a copy of B31.3, look at table 311.1.1 at the very end column. I don't have a copy of B31.1, but I would guess there's a similar table in there.

Are you welding P5A to P1? Or do you want to know the acceptable values from P5A to P1?

There are no hardness requirements in ASME B31.1 for PWHT.

API 582 is also a good reference for hardness requirements of carbon and low alloy steels if B31.1 is lacking them.
