What are examples of inverted pendelum structures?

Does a grade beam with two HSS posts and a wood beam on top all connected be considered an inverted pendelum?

In the direction of the wood beam it would be a cantilever column system. In the transverse direction each HSS column may be considered an inverted pendulum, depending on how much they are supporting at the top. Here is the definition from ASCE 7-10:

INVERTED PENDULUM-TYPE STRUCTURES:
Structures in which more than 50 percent of
the structure’s mass is concentrated at the top of a
slender, cantilevered structure and in which stability
of the mass at the top of the structure relies on
rotational restraint to the top of the cantilevered
element.
 
A t-type pipe support is something I've designed a ton of that fit this definition.
