What are PRR docs referenced in Boeing CMMs?

For example in B737 CMM 78-11-37 on the Temporary revision and SB record is listed PRR 38001 and PRR 38021 that have been incorporated. Someone asked about these and did we have a copy of them. I couldn't find them on myboeingfleet, and if they were incorporated, I'm wondering if I don't need them since they've already been added to the manual.
