What are these latches called. You find them on heavy duty steel shipping cases (bigger than a trunk, smaller than a car). They have triangular shaped handles and some sort of hook...I believe.

In any case, where can I find them?

Also, I'm looking for more links with containers like this one.

In the US, call Hartwell Corporation at (714)993-4200. They do a lot with specialty latches for the military. They can probably provide you with the hardware and a contact for the container.

You might also want to check out De-Sta-Co and Southco. Both companies have a broad range of offerings in the latch and clamp areas.
