What cause SW to crash when 5 or more parts are viewed

When working in SolidWorks trying to have more than 4 parts opened at once, the software crashes and the work created can't be saved. What steps are there to eliminate this error?

What Video Card are you using?
How much RAM do you have?
What version of SW are you using?
When you installed SW did you have your anti-virus running?

We are running NT 4.0 sp6
ATI Radion AGP 32mb
256mb ram
AMD 1.3gz processor
SW2001plus we just installed sp 4.0-6.0
no anti-virus

Yes, it looks like SolidWorks has tested this card and indicated that it has limitations directly related to the number of windows opened. Check out their website:
