Hello:
I am new in this, so i dont know if i did it well

According with tubes & pipes, there a measure of POLISHING called GRIDS.
What does it mean?? Where can i find something of that??
Is 150grids a hight grade of polish or low grade??

How can i estimate how many grids a process needs??

Thanks and i look forward for an answer

Grit is the measure of how course the sand or grit material on "sand paper" is.

For sand paper, 40-80 grit would be very rough sanding material.

In my opinion, 150-180 would be medium and 240 grit or higher would be for fine polishing.

Grinding wheels (molinar) are rated by grit also.
