Can someone explain what' s the meaning of Loy-Alloy, where i can find something about them and an example of Loy-Alloy?

Unless it is a new grade of steel from China or Japan, I would assume you meant low alloy. You can Google "low alloy steel" and find information on your own.

"Loy alloy" is an infamous ferrous alloy that was developed and researched by Edna and Donald Loy of Massilon Ohio in the mid 1980s.

The alloy was originally developed for usage in the automotive market as a low cost replacement for the never popular Yugo fenders and body parts.

It was never very successful in the marketplace and was quickly replaced by a variety of low-carbon steels.
