Dear all
the reading on ASME SEC.II SA-20 2019ED

8.3.2.1 A total aluminum content of 0.020 % or more.
8.3.2.2 An acid soluble aluminum content of 0.015 % or more.
8.3.2.3 ....
8.3.2.4 ....
8.3.2.5 The analysis for the elements mentioned in 8.3.2.1, 8.3.2.2, 8.3.2.3, or 8.3.2.4 shall be included in the test report.

I got a SA-516-70 certificate and only had aluminum content 0.048% listed in it.

Can it correspond to 8.3.2.5 requirement?

It depends on the analysis method.
The first one would be by XRF or OES, while the second would be by a dissolution method (ICP or AA).
You get slightly different values.
Since your reported value is above either you are fine.
Somewhere on the MTR it will call out the analysis method.
