I have a drawing that calls for:
st6wf13.5x7'-2 1/2"

and
st15wf54x25'-11"

From the machinery's hand book, I am pretty sure it is structural "T" and it is, 6 and 15 inches in height and 13.5 and 54 lbs per ft.

My problem is I have searched the hand books that I have and the internet but I can't find the dimensions of the flange and web.

The building was erected in the 60s in Canada. Some of the steel is from Scotland.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you got it. It is almost certainly a structural T cut from a W shape with the given height and weight per foot. I guess you just need to get a European steel shape table from the appropriate era. Maybe someone at AISC may be able to help.

I presume the shapes are near the ones given for a WT6x13 and WT15x54 in todays AISC manual. Good Luck

This is likely a structural tee cut from a W12X27 beam... and is 7'-2-1/2" long. The W12X27 has a 6-1/2" flange width.
