What is the best Al/N ratio in steel castings or forgins ? 1

Is there any best Al/N ratio :

1- to avoid alumnium embritllement
2- To get the maximal Charpy Test value ?

A colleague tell me that Al/N ratio must bes greater than 2 is that true ?
