What is the best form of adhesive that you could use in an aircraft

What is the best form of compound one could use to bond 7075 alumiumum insert to alumiumum structure in a military aircraft application where temp will not be above 300 F and
compound will be exposed to fuel . Loads will not exceed the strenght of the 1/2 dia cress bolt that hold the pod to the airplane.
