Hi Yeah something that is light weight, strong, durable and weather proof.
Product must be low cost and have colour to it.
Im wanting to make a box with it something like 450x350x350
Looking to hinge the top also
Any suggestions????

Plenty of ways to make a flex joint, if he just wants it to hinge once.
Weatherproof, so you want the box to seal, and resist sun, rain, hot, and cold?
And you want to do it additive, because????
