what is the cloud point of diesel? in celsius

I'm looking for the desired temperature of diesel in a very cold environment. I beleive somewhere between -9 and -6 is reasonably ok.

Appropriate low temperature operability properties should be agreed upon between the fuel supplier and purchaser for the intended use and expected ambient temperatures. Cloud points are generally specified at some degrees above the minimum ambient temperature for the area under consideration.

In extremly cold places (i.e. Artic) diesel specs call for a Cloud Point as low as -50 deg F (- 46 deg C) and lower.

in western europe, or to be more specific, in germany, so-called "winter-diesel" is sold at gas stations, which is usable down to -22 °C. i believe this will at least approximately relate to cloud point.
