What is the easiest way to convert a 3D model over to CNC tool paths?

I have been requested to create the tool paths from a simple flat 3D model and I am wondering how to do this since I have never done this before in CATIA?

Is there anyone at you facility that does program tool motion with CATIA? Even the simplest tool motion requires the proper license(s), machine specific .pptables and a post processor. Also needed is knowledge of work holding and cutting tools. Sorry this is the best I can tell you.
