HI I am using HECRAS and I want to model the river channel between the two dams. For the upstream I have 1 minute flow data and also for downstream I have 1 minute flow and stage data. I tried to input the data in the HECRAS model for 5 months. I have a huge data set. However, I cannot increase the data limit in HECRAS. The maximum number of ordinates that I could use in HECRAS seems to be 10000. Would you give me any suggestions on how to do the simulation ?
Thanks.

Have you considered hourly flow rates or even half hour rates?

Half hour rates would give you 7200 (30-day/mo, 48-half hour rates) data points which is within the allowable. Could you truncate your run at 10k points and then use that data to start a new duplicate run for the next 10k points, etc...? I have thought it through but seems viable at first glance.
