Hi, I'm working on a project where we need to find a specific type of Magnesium Alloy. I'd like to find an alloy with a reduced grain-size. Usually this is done through Severe Plastic Deformation. So I know that in the name AZ31, for instance, the A and Z refer to alloying metals Aluminum and Zinc and the 31 is the wrought/forging proof. So how can I designate an alloy of AZ31 that has been prepared using Multi-Directional Forging (MDF)?
