Dear All,

In the tower, which I am working in ,there is water tank on L25-l26, however there is one attic slab below L26 .
So my question ,what is the purpose of the attic slab?

Regards

I'll award you the prize for most obscure question of the day.

I'm thinking the lower level concrete is the basement slab, and the owner will put something else upstairs on his attic slab. 8<)

you can answer the question.but no need for silly answers

if you think you are smart, there is always on guy smarter than you.

thanks anyway

We can't answer the question if you don't adequately describe the problem. Don't get all defensive because we are have some fun at your expense.

Describe the problem in detail, include maybe a sketch or something to help get the point across.

This site is full of some extremely bright people, more than willing to help, provided they understand your problem.

Keewan:
You said..., “ you can answer the question. but no need for silly answers” Then you would get no answers, becuase your questions certainly are silly. You should guess, given the answers you’ve gotten, that we can’t see or imagine what the hell you are looking at or talking about, from here. Read your own OP’s and imagine that you don’t have the benefit of looking at the structure or object, and think, that is the situation we (the rest of us) are in as you ask. Then ask yourself if your description would give someone the vaguest hint of what you are talking about. Maybe a few sketches, reasonably in correct proportions, with some dimensions, member sizes, loads, in short, useful design and engineering info. There are a bunch of smart people here, more than willing to spend their time trying to be helpful, but you’ve got to give them some meaningful hints as to what you are doing, looking at, and need help on.

Keewan,
My guess would be the other level is for mechanical equipment, maybe the elevator lift room, etc. But all this information should be evident from the architectural and mechanical drawings of your building.
