I am trying to understand how to read the contour plots off of CDEGS, what exactly are we looking for , voltage levels? If yes, are we looking at locations in a yard where there is a telecommunication equipment present?

All the jobs, I have worked on used fiber on the telecommunication equipment to avoid issues with gpr. I believe the point of the calculation is to determine where you can place telecommunications equipment without possibly having issues due to different ground potentials at each end of the comm circuit.
