Now I am looking for Hex driver bit that has two flat wings at root as attached image.
Not sure how I need to search for this type of driver bit.
Is there any specific name?

I'd call the flats tangs - but still no luck Googling for them. They might be specific to the tool that uses them.

I think you are confusing the function of the bit vs. its mounting function. The tangs look like something you'd find to mate with a commonly sold screwdriver handle that has slots to apply torque to the bit via the tangs.

A hex driver bit wouldn't need such flanges, so you're not going to find any like that
