Can you simply explain to me what does the "Immersion-grade two-pack epoxy" means?

what does two-pack means here?

Two pack just means you can't use a coating material straight out of a can. It comes in two cans, which have to be mixed together. Immersion grade...well, that means it is suitable for immersion, but doesn't mean it can be applied underwater.

First pack: base resin
Second pack: hardener

Generally, the third pack: the thinners, is ignored.

As to whether the paint is 'immersion grade', that should be confirmed either by satisfactory prior experience or by laboratory test results.
