What license management software do you use??

Hello all,
My company is starting to grow at a pretty fast rate. We are starting to have license issues with Autocad. We are starting to look at different software to manage who is using Autocad. We need to be able to see who's using it, how long they're on it, and if there's a way to get a warning when the licenses are starting to run out so the people who don't need to be in Autocad can be asked to log out and use our viewer. What type of software, if any does your company use, and what is their website?
