what manufacturer for buffing equipment

we make stainless steel decorative doors for gas fireplaces, there are a lot of scratches from handling, we currently buff them by hand and they are leaving lot of streaks, so we are looking to get an equipment.

we talked to the steel supplier who laser cut them- they said that using a lazer PVC film does help that they need to take it off because the lazer burns through it anyway?????

Have you tried 3Ms Scotch-Brite Bristle brush in hte 6 or 8 " dia, they come in 80,120,200 & 400 grit

We use them to finnish polish on som bronze castings we do

Not sure where you are located, but at a previous company I worked for, we purchased buffing and polishing equipment from "Buff, Polish, and Grind" in Argyle, TX.
We made stainless steel, brass, and aluminum products, such as handrails and stainless steel clad doors in #4, #7, and #8 mirror finishes.
They should be able to help you out if you need hand-held or stationed equipment.
Some of the machines we used: Baldor Buffers, Bader Centerless, and inflatable wheels and various buffing compounds.

The sheets should be scratch free.
First thing audit supply of raw material from your supplier and make sure it is.
2nd make sure people handle it correctly no standing on it, walking on it and make sure it is packaged properly on bomb proof pallets.
3rd lasers do not scratch sheets make sure they LIFT the parts off rather than drag them off the cutting table.
Deburr with scotchbrite and yes I would remove the plastic film before laser cutting.
It is cheaper to order without plastic anyhow, just make sure interleaving paper is placed in between each sheet from your supplier.
