However, I've been reading that ASTM A131 is for naval structure but have no found any further explanation. Context: We want to cover the concrete with armour steel, it belongs to a water discharge conduit of a Dam (spillway) its contact is always with water and sediments (diameter up to 192mm) - flow 250 m3/s
