hi,all:

What should i do if i lost my USB key? for example,it was stealed,or just be lost somewhere.
Can simense give me another new one when i provide some documents?
By the way, i locate in China.

Contact your sales office and request a new one. They will probably charge a fee and send a new key and a license file to go with it, so that the old key is not open to abuse if found.
