What to use in Lieu of Appendix 2?

I am trying to analyze the TTMA flange which has a gasket with bolt holes in it. Appendix 2 states "The rules in Appendix 2 apply specifically to the design of bolted flange connections with gaskets that are entirely within the circle enclosed by the bolt holes and with no contact outside this circle." Since, based on this I can not use Appendix 2,... What can I use to verify the design of this flange?

Well, no idea what a TTMA flange is, but for full face gaskets Taylor Forge Bulletin 45 is implemented by most software I believe. If not, see the attached.
